$4,000 for the site from Friday at noon to Sunday at 10am

You are responsible for event set up, tear down and clean up.
***you may leave cars overnight
Cleaning Crew- $1,000
Coordinator - $100 per hour
Hay bales - $15 per bail
Elopement Package - $800
Ceremony and 6 guests.
Please make an appointment in advance.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your special date and a $1,000 cleaning deposit is required 30 days before the event. In order to have your cleaning deposit refunded, the venue must be cleaned and vacated by 10:00 am Sunday morning.
We have four different locations on the property, you are welcome to use as many locations as you would like.
Insurance is required, and easy to obtain online for a very low cost, we will assist if needed.
Cancelation must be in writing 90 days before the event for a full refund.
Glitter, birdseed, rice, and confetti are not allowed.
No open flames- (unless you are camping then you may use the propane fire pit)
Smoking is not allowed on the property.
Fire is not allowed on the property.
Nothing may be placed in the pond.
